1. What is Price Match Promise?

   Price Match Promise is if you find a Physical product cheaper with another retailer, we will match the price. 

2. What products do you offer Price Match Promise on?

3. Does this offer include delivery?

   Yes, our Price Match Promise does include delivery. 

4. I have purchased and paid for an item but have now found the product cheaper, can I still get the Price Match promise?

   No. For the Price Match Promise to apply you need to find the product cheaper before you make the purchase.

5. I have found the product cheaper with another retailer what do I do?

   Please take a screen shot or photo of the retailer and offer you have found. Please the contact our Customer Service department on sales@physicalcompany.co.uk or 01494 769222 who will investigate this for you.

6. I have found the product cheaper with another retailer but want to order the product online through Physical – how do I do this?

   Price Match Promise can only be ordered via our Customer Service Department, we cannot authorize them online. Once you have provided the information and we have confirmed we can offer price match promise we will contact you to place the order.
