What are the benefits of having a Physical Company Account?
Having a Physical Company account saves you time during the checkout process for future orders, allows you to track the status of your orders, view past orders, manage your profile and create multiple shipping addresses where any future orders can be delivered. Having an account also allows you to create a wish list which you can share with friends. You will be included on our newsletter distribution list allowing you to view registered user only deals and special offers along with up-to date product news.
How do I set up a Physical Company Account?
It’s very simple to create an account. Click on the account icon in the top right of our website header – then click to Register. From there, enter all personal information including your first and last name, address and contact details. Once you are happy your information is all correct, click Register and you’re done.
When will the item I would like to order come back in to stock?
At Physical Company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and believe our industry -leading warranties reflect this. Warranties can vary from product to product: with 3 years on all PU Equipment, 2 years on all racking solutions down to 6 months on Plyo Boxes and 3 months on Budget Mats.
You will find the warranty on the Key Information table against each product on our website, or if you have a Physical Company catalogue warranties will accompany the product on their pages.

How can I change the details on my Physical Company Account?
To change your Physical Company account contact details, simply Log In to your account. Once within the My Account area you can edit your Contact Information, Newsletter Subscription and Address Book.
