How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?
If you have printed voucher please follow the instructions on the voucher, to apply the discount. To redeem a voucher code or online discount code, either enter the code at the basket or quote the code to one of our sales representatives to receive the discount.
Can I enter more than one promotional code?
Whether you can enter more than one promotional code on your order will depend on the voucher or promotion you are about to redeem. Information on redeeming your voucher code with another promotion will be shown on the voucher itself, or accompany the text on any promotional literature. I forgot to use a promotional code or redeem my voucher before I confirmed my order, can the discount still be applied?
You will be unable to have the discount applied on your order if you have forgotten to use a promotional code or redeemed a voucher.
However, providing the promotion is still running, or the promotional code or voucher is still valid, or is within 24 hours of the end date of the promotion, you will be able to have the discount applied on the next order.

What should I do if my voucher code isn’t working?
If your voucher code is not working you can contact us via our social media channels, or call us on 01494 769 222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to speak to one of our customer service representative who will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve the issue for you.
