UZIN KR 430 2-Component PU Flooring Adhesive
UZIN KR 430 is a 2-component flexible polyurethane adhesive for heavy-duty floor coverings. The adhesive is suitable for rubber floor covering, linoleum and sports flooring as well as for bonding joining-tape for artificial grass. It is a smooth, paste-consistency, water-free, 2-component reaction resin adhesive made by mixing Resin A and Hardener.
The adhesive is suitable for
- Rubber floor tiles up to 10 mm thick and with sanded or coned backing, e. g. Norament® coverings
- Linoleum in tiles up to 4 mm thick
- Rubber granulate coverings or underlays, e. g. Regupol®
- Artificial grass and outdoor- or sports-floor coverings
- Warm water underfloor heating and for exposure to
- Castor wheels in accordance with DIN EN 12 529
- Wet shampoo and spray extraction cleaning systems
Suitable on
- Level substrates, including non-absorbent surfaces
- Flexible or deformable surfaces, e. g. resilient underlays, metal or wood
- Use under goods handling trucks with very heavy loading up to 50 kp / cm
- Suitable for securing Rolled Rubber, Shockpad and Astro Turf
- 8kg tub covers approx. 20sqm when on smooth surfaces
- Coverage reduced to 8sqm+- when laying onto shockpad
- Odourless during and after application
- No shrinkage
- Flexible yet hard
- High resistance to heat and cold
