FREE Delivery over £149 (GB Mainland only)
We provide free standard delivery to GB Mainland only if your order is over £149 inc VAT. If your basket is over this value this will automatically be applied to your basket. For all postcodes that are not included, please visit our Delivery FAQ's

Delivery of larger items (excluding Merrithew Reformers)
If your order weighs more than 80kg or a large product, we will despatch this via our palletised delivery service (2-3 working days). If required our pallet carrier can contact you so that the delivery can be booked in, please specify this in the order comments.
Please note this service is a curb side delivery only and due to insurance reasons the driver is not able to assist in the unloading of the pallet. If you require assistance for white glove delivery, please contact our customer service team on 01494 769222 or sales@physicalcompany.co.uk who will be able to provide you with a quotation.
Delivery of Merrithew Reformers
Delivery of Merrithew Reformers can be between 3-4 weeks. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange arrival of your order. For all Merrithew Reformers we provide curb side delivery only. Please be aware when moving and installing the reformer, you will require 2 people to lift and place it into position due to its weight. If you require assistance for white glove delivery, please contact our customer service team on 01494 769222 or sales@physicalcompany.co.uk who will be able to provide you with a quotation.
installation
We can provide an installation service on all Merrithew Reformers, CV machinery, Resistance Machines, Studio Storage equipment and Functional Training Rigs.
Prices for installation start from £500. To get an installation quotation we will require access information for us to provide you with accurate price. Please fill in this Site Survey form and send it to sales@physicalcompany.co.uk.
