We therefore work hard to actively reduce our impact on the planet: managing waste sustainably, recycling and reducing wasteful consumption; manufacturing and delivering as sustainably as possible without negatively impacting the product, including sourcing environmentally-friendly options where possible; actively reducing use of paper; and focusing only on ‘necessity travel’.

Our waste management handler is ISO 14001:2015 certified and was awarded the Carbon Saver Gold Standard Certificate of Achievement for 2019-2021.

Our smaller parcel carriers are carbon neutral and our larger delivery carriers are ISO 14001:2015.

Where we print materials – such as catalogues, brochures or other promotional materials – we source only FSC-certified or 100% recycled paper to reduce our impact on forests. We also actively choose printers with ISO 14001 certification, who are able to demonstrate their own efforts to manage and reduce their impact.
