With their targeted grip, EZ curl bars are great for isolation exercises that target your biceps and forearms. 

Shorter than their straight counterpart, they in fact offer multiple grip options for ultimate versatility, with a unique zig-zag design that also allows for a more natural grip when performing bicep curls. This reduces strain on the wrists and forearms to make the exercise more comfortable to perform, while at the same time maximising bicep activation.

Diamond knurling on the chrome-plated bar further enhances grip and comfort during even the most intense workouts, creating a slightly textured surface that prevents slipping even with sweaty hands.
