Physical HIIT Bench

The new HIIT Bench is our best-ever integrated weights bench and an exciting evolution in compact, multi-functional training solutions.

Built for performance and durability, its new design brings smarter storage, smoother aesthetics and enhanced usability, making it ideal for PT zones, small group training and any space-conscious facility. A fixed seat replaces the previous adjustable version, removing a potential point of failure, while a large eight-position adjustable backrest is now slightly narrower for improved shoulder mobility during exercises such as chest presses.

The new open-sided frame not only looks sleek but allows for fully-contained weight storage. Up to five pairs of dumbbells (up to 15kg) can be neatly stored within the frame of the bench, while beneath the seat there’s storage for two kettlebells (up to 16kg) or a single competition kettlebell. With weights all neatly and fully contained (no protruding heads) and a solid base plate with rubber plate feet for stability, the new HIIT Bench can also be safely used as a plyo box. A front-mounted battle rope anchor and three resistance tube attachment points allow for even greater training variety, while rear transport wheels ensure the bench can be easily moved around the gym floor.

The bench is also NFC-enabled, offering exclusive access to an extensive online exercise library. Simply hold your NFC-enabled device over the tag to access all of this great content (all Android devices + iPhone 8 and up). The new HIIT Bench is compatible with Physical’s RBX Rubber Dumbbells, Performance PU Dumbbells and RBX Rubber Studio Dumbbells.
