Returns and Refunds

Please contact Physical Company Ltd prior to returning any goods to obtain a returns code number. At this time the customer will also be advised on the method of return and be provided with a mandatory returns form to complete. Failure to include a completed returns form may delay the process.

Items deemed damaged or faulty within the guarantee period will be exchanged by Physical Company Ltd.

Returns made at the customer’s request will be at the expense of the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

All items should be returned in their original condition, unopened and in a resaleable condition. Goods originally despatched with free delivery, which are then subsequently returned for credit, will have the cost of the original despatch incurred by Physical Company Ltd deducted from any credit that is then deemed due to the customer.

Customised products, i.e. items printed with your logo, can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault.

Goods that can be easily copied; to include books, charts, videos, DVDs and CDs, FitDeck's may not be returned unless damaged. Damaged goods of this nature will be replaced with the same title free of charge.

Delivery Options

The Physical Company website will only calculate delivery charges for UK Mainland addresses using our regular delivery service. For all Highland, Island and overseas deliveries we will contact you about a bespoke delivery charge once an order has been placed. Alternatively you can speak with our sales team with your specific details. For next day services, timed or weekend deliveries additional charges will apply, please contact our sales team on 01494 769 222 for more information.

Charges for our regular delivery service are outlined below. All orders placed by 10am will be dispatched the same day.

All delivery values are inc. VAT and based on products only.

RATE A - £4.20 (Depending on weight), allow 2 - 5 working days
1 or 2 DVD's, light books, individual resistance bands. For multiple RATE A items under 1kg RATE B applies

RATE B - £7.20 (Up to 1kg), allow 2 - 5 working days
Multiple RATE A items, single Foam Rollers, X-Band Rolls, single Swiss Balls etc For Multiple RATE B items RATE C applies

RATE C (Items weighing over 1kg), allow 2 - 3 working days

• Order values upto £420 - £16.80
• Order values over £150 - FREE Delivery

We will contact you regarding additional charges for the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Post Codes - HS, IV, KW, ZE and KA27-28, PA20-88, PH19-44, PH49-50, all overseas deliveries.

All orders weighing over 90kgs will be dispatched via our palletised delivery service. Please allow 2-4 working days for this service. If required our pallet carrier will contact you so that the delivery can be booked in*, please specify this in the order comments. Please note this is a kerbside delivery. The driver is not insured to assist in the unloading of the pallet.

If you specify a location where the delivery can be left unsigned for then this is done so at your own risk, claims for loss or damages will not be entertained.

*Please note it is not possible to book in deliveries using our standard delivery service.

Installation is available on all CV machinery and Studio Storage equipment. Please ask our team for details on how to book this in.
