Physical Squat Ramp Platform

For PT studios and home fitness enthusiasts, a fantastic new addition to our weight training range is the Physical Squat Ramp Platform.

Suitable for home gym and light commercial use only, it’s designed to elevate the heels during a squat. This provides additional support during the exercise, enhancing stability, helping users maintain a stable base and improving squat technique.

The squat ramp has a 20-degree angle, allowing users to choose a heel elevation of between 1cm and 5cm depending on their needs and fitness goals; by slightly adjusting posture and heel elevation, exercisers can target different areas of their lower body during different squat variations.

Squat ramps – also known as squat platforms or squat wedges – are therefore beneficial for beginners who seek confidence in the movement, as well as experienced exercisers looking to work a broader range of muscles.

In addition to use during standard weight training, squat ramps can also be used as a rehabilitation tool to engage and strengthen the quads, knees and planter fascia, making them an excellent choice for individuals recovering from injury.

Made from a light foam, the Physical Squat Ramp Platform is lightweight, anti-slip and waterproof, making it a great choice for any home gym or smaller light-use gym, as well as for PT use.

Suitable for use with smaller weights such as studio Pump sets, kettlebells and dumbbells, it is not suitable for heavy weightlifting.
