When will the item I would like to order come back in to stock?
We strive to keep customer wait times to a minimum and to ensure products are available for customers at all times. However, due to unexpected high demand some items may go out of stock, or will be out of stock after an item has been ordered. If we are unable to send your order, or parts of your order after it has been ordered online we will contact you to give you alternatives, or to offer a refund for all or part of your order.
If the item you are interested in is showing as out of stock on our website it will not be available for order – we do show the date of when it will be next available. If no date is shown please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise you of when the item will be back in stock, and what your next option will be, which can include reserving the item and have it dispatched as soon as it arrives.
