I forgot to use a promotional code or redeem my voucher before I confirmed my order, can the discount still be applied?

You will be unable to have the discount applied on your order if you have forgotten to use a promotional code or redeemed a voucher.

However, providing the promotion is still running, or the promotional code or voucher is still valid, or is within 24 hours of the end date of the promotion, you will be able to have the discount applied on the next order.
