To provide the 200 site managers with a simple means of purchasing centrally approved mind body and studio equipment

Mission

GLL wanted to work with a partner who could fulfil a vast array of equipment needs, across a diverse portfolio of sites, whilst maintaining a level of control over the product lines.

Strategy

Physical Company worked with GLL to select product from a potential 1,800 that would give individual sites the flexibility to select and purchase products which meet the needs of their community, whilst keeping within a framework of centrally approved product lines. Physical Company produced a bespoke GLL digital catalogue of centrally approved products.

The results

GLL general managers are able to tailor their product offering to the needs of their community whilst maintaining a level of cross-site uniformity.
