The glute plyo box can be used as standard plyo box but adds the possibility to perform a range of glute–focused exercises in a comfortable and effective way.

The lack of an optimal solution to implement these exercises force trainees to use existing equipment that has not been developed for that purpose compromising both user’s safety and comfort.
