  • What should I do if the product I am looking for is currently out of stock?

    We strive to keep customer wait times to a minimum and to ensure products are available for customers at all times. However, due to unexpected high demand some items may go out of stock. If the item you are interested in is showing as out of stock on our website it will not be available for order – we do show the date of when it will be next available. If no date is shown please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise you of when the item will be back in stock, and what your next option will be, which can include reserving the item and have it dispatched as soon as it arrives. Warranties can vary from product to product: with 3 years on all PU Equipment, 2 years on all racking solutions down to 6 months on Plyo Boxes and 3 months on Budget Mats.

    You will find the warranty on the Key Information table against each product on our website, or if you have a Physical Company catalogue warranties will accompany the product on their pages.

  • I need to request a replacement or spare part for my item, how do I do this?
    If you need a replacement or spare item, please contact one of our customer service representatives either by emailing sales@physicalcompany.co.uk or call one of our customer representatives on 01494 769 222. If the item that needs replacing is within its warranty, you will be asked to supply an image of the damage or fault that has occurred.
  • What is the difference between a BOSU Balance Trainer Pro model and a BOSU Balance Trainer Home model?
    Let’s start by stating that the dimensions of both models are exactly the same. The Pro model has been designed for Health Clubs and Studios where the BOSU Balance Trainer can expect a high amount of use. Commercial models are designed for 24 hours a day use, whereas the home models are designed for 2 hours a day use. The blue dome on the pro model is manufactured from a more durable material than that of the home model. The pro model also has a metallic blue dome whereas the home model has a light blue dome. The pro model has a grey base with a large single rubber foot underneath the unit to stop it from sliding on studio floors under lateral loads. The home model has a black base with multiple small rubber feet which stop the unit from sliding under lateral loads. If you are a fitness professional, fitness facility or just demand the highest quality, then it is recommended that you go or the commercial pro model. If you simply want to work out at home and follow the workouts on the DVD provided, then the home model will be fine for you.
