What are the benefits of having a Physical Company Account?
Having a Physical Company account saves you time during the checkout process for future orders, allows you to track the status of your orders, view past orders, manage your profile and create multiple shipping addresses where any future orders can be delivered. Having an account also allows you to create a wish list which you can share with friends. You will be included on our newsletter distribution list allowing you to view registered user only deals and special offers along with up-to date product news.
How do I set up a Physical Company Account?
It’s very simple to create an account. Click on the account icon in the top right of our website header – then click to Register. From there, enter all personal information including your first and last name, address and contact details. Once you are happy your information is all correct, click Register and you’re done.
How can I change the details on my Physical Company Account?
To change your Physical Company account contact details, simply Log In to your account. Once within the My Account area you can edit your Contact Information, Newsletter Subscription and Address Book.
Do I need an account to order from your website?
No, you can make a purchase on our website as a guest. However, having an account allows you to access price discounts on products (based on your customer type), track your current order, view past orders and set up multiple shipping addresses where your order can be delivered. An account also gives you access to member only promotions along with up-to-date product news.
Why can't I find my order in my order history?
Your order history is maintained for the lifetime of your account. If you are unable to see any previous orders it could be for a series of reasons. Some of those reasons have been highlighted below: - If you use multiple accounts, order histories may be distributed. - Unforeseen circumstances or technical faults may result in your order not being viewable at this time. - You ordered as a guest. How do I reset my password?
It is easy to reset your account password. Click on the account icon in the top right of our website header – then select Log In. Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. To retrieve your password simply enter your registered email address and click ‘Submit’. We’ll send an email over to you with your password reset confirmation. Open the email and start the process. You can also change your accounts password by logging into to your account and clicking ‘My Account’ then the ‘Change Password’ link from the Dashboard.
Why can’t I sign into my account?
Please ensure that your email address and password match the ones used when setting up the account. If you have forgotten your password or need to reset your password, please see the ‘How do I reset my password?’ Question. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact one of our customer service representatives on 01494 769 222 and they will quickly help you gain access.
