Account Manager – EMEA

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 (hours worked may be revised to suit the role)

Location: Field based.  Regular office days at The Works, Stokenchurch, HP14 3RR

Salary: Dependant on experience / skills.  Basic salary plus commission and bonus scheme

About the job: As the Account Manager - EMEA, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, consistently generating, negotiating and closing new business, and delivering profitable sales growth from Accounts. A major part of the role will consist of developing and managing distributor/reseller accounts in Europe and the Middle East. Good listening skills and the ability to determine needs and offer advice, support and solutions on a consultative basis will be required. The role requires the management of sales processes, ongoing account support and excellent communication to generate strong customer satisfaction.
There is a requirement and responsibility to accurately and consistently forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers and to achieve pre-determined sales and KPI targets. Database management must be routine, ensuring all sales contacts and activities are recorded. Attendance will be required at various exhibitions/conferences/events to maintain and build client relationships and obtain new contacts. The successful applicant must be professional, well organised, show initiative and have the ability to engage customers through great interpersonal skills. Good presentation, communication and IT skills are required. A proven ability to form strong customer relationships and partnerships will also be required. Field sales (preferably with experience of managing resellers/distributors) and industry operational experience/understanding are beneficial. Previous sales success and a passion for the health and fitness industry are essential!

  • - Flexibility in work schedule and ability to travel (including outside the UK)
  • - Personal and corporate integrity
