George Anderson
George is a personal trainer and senior lecturer with Drummond Education. His specialist area is
advanced resistance training, where kettlebells and functional training form an important part. Entering the fitness industry 7 years ago,
George has continually sought new training methods and ideas, and is a firm believer in training the body as a system in a
functional manner. Running a successful personal training company from Fitness First in Reading for the last 5 years, George was also
the Health and Fitness Manager of the club for 2½ years and was nominated for a national award in 2005. As a UK Nordic walking Master
Trainer, George presented at the FitPro convention in 2007 and will be back in 2008 along with a kettlebell masterclass.

Kelly Edwards
Kelly currently works for the flagship Royal Berkshire Esporta
Club as Fitness Manager where she leads a large team of fitness instructors and personal
trainers. Kelly has been working within the fitness industry for over 17 year’s. Her
experience includes working on cruise ships as a Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.
She then went onto successfully work as the Fitness Manager for David Lloyd Leisure
Club’s where she received many prestigious awards as well as putting together Studio
Cycling Master Classes. Kelly also gained a wealth of experience and knowledge by
completing the National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Level 3 certification.
Kelly also now adds to this by becoming a Gliding and BOSU Ballast Ball & BOSU Balance
Trainer Master Trainer.

Jenny Jolliffe
Jenny manages the fitness programming at Cannons City,
oversees group fitness for Cannons Central London sites and assists the
Cannons Group, advising on all fitness issues. She is an experienced freelance
presenter delivering a wide range of classes, workshops and lectures, all with
an informed and logical approach. Jenny is a Master Trainer for Physical Company
and is the UK Programme Head Trainer for BodyStep and National Trainer for
BodyPump and BodyAttack.

Alison King
Alison spent eight years working as the Fitness Manager
at a variety of clubs, teaching both group exercise and personal training. In
1998 she helped design and implement a group strength training programme for a
major health club chain, training and examining over 100 instructors. Later,
Alison became Account Manager for a global provider of interactive fitness
technology, implementing the system in facilities across Europe. During this
time she also completed her advance Pilates Matwork qualifications, became a
BOSU Master trainer

Lorna Malcolm
As well as lecturing in further education, Lorna writes
for and consults on various trade and consumer magazines and was voted Fitness
Professionals Fitness Leader of the Year in 1999. Lorna is a Physical Company
Master Trainer, a Pure Energy presenter and is the UK Gravity Master Trainer,
specialising in Gravity Group Strength and Gravity Personal Training.

Greg Sellar
Greg is an Associate Director of Multitrax UK, having
presented freestyle choreography in over 20 countries worldwide, including two
World IDEA conventions. He has a degree in Sports Science and a wealth of
instructor training experience, which he uses as a Physical Company Gliding,
BOSU and FormulaFit Core Master Trainer, and Multitrax Push & Lift and Indoor
Cycling presenter.

Winston Squire
Winston is a highly motivated individual who has been in the fitness
industry for over 14 years, has spent 5 years as a Master trainer with Reebok
Fitness UK, he is currently specialising with Reebok on fine tuning their core
training. Winston's specialities are in functional training and tailoring
individual training sessions for specific needs. He has had a variety of
experience with many of the top names within the health and fitness industry,
he has worked with and for, specialists such as Cybex.

Michael Steel
Michael has been actively and successfully involved in
training instructors and presenters within the UK for over 13 years and in
recognition of his achievements, has been a recipient of the Fitness Professionals
Fitness Leader of the Year Award. Throughout his career he has had a strong
affinity with both freestyle and pre-choreography, being both a FitPro Educator and
a BTS Master Trainer. Currently Michael is a Master Trainer for Physical Company and
is also the UK Gravity Master Trainer and Managing Director of the
Multitrax Concept Clubs.
