The second programme in our Winter Training Series focuses on fat loss. To burn fat you need to burn oxygen and increase your calorific expenditure. This programme involves one minute sets and maximum sets to work all your different energy systems, creating a serious metabolic effect. You will work both your aerobic and anaerobic systems.
Kettlebells are great tools for burning fat because of the big movements you perform and the rhythmic nature of the lifts. These exercises are all big compound lifts and use loads of different movement patterns so will help you develop really athletic shapes.
