Adjusts from 102cm up to 154cm in 5cm increments utilising a ‘twist n pull’ pin system. Second stage bar holders / drop hooks are set in front of the main uprights for squatting to or as an additional bar rest when doing shoulder press. This rack is designed to be used with a full-length Olympic 7 ft bar or an oversized standard 1” bar. Internal bar length must be 48” (120cm).
The STS Power Rack provides a large work area to accommodate multi-functional athletic training and has adj. spotting rods which lock in place enhancing user safety. Each rack comes with a pronated grip chin-up bar, weight storage and a bar holder.
