Physical Company and Future Fit Training have joined forces to offer bespoke training to fitness professionals on a range of gym and studio equipment. With immediate effect, fitness trainers seeking to upgrade their skills with equipment supplied by Physical Company can sign up to attend training workshops supplied by Future Fit Training.

Physical Company prides itself on being a ‘total solutions’ provider and part of this is to offer expert instruction to fitness professionals to enable them to maximise the equipment they buy. Until now, Physical Company has managed this aspect in-house but, as demand has grown for this service, the time has come to bring it under the Future Fit Training banner.

“Future Fit combines an excellent reputation with extensive resources and we believe it will deliver a first-rate and widely accessible training service to our customers,” says John Halls, Physical Company managing director. “Key members of our training team will work in tandem with Future Fit and this, in turn, will develop their skills further: it’s an ideal partnership for both companies and our respective clients.”

Future Fit has over 21 years’ experience as a training provider and already has some modules based on Physical Company products such as its Pilates and Functional Equipment Training courses. Taking on the role of Physical Company’s official training company was the next logical step with an obvious synergy existing between the businesses.

“Working with Physical Company feels like a natural collaboration as we are already familiar with many of its products and have been recommending its range for several years,” says Sue Hall, Head of Schools at Future Fit. “Physical Company products complement our Personal Training and Pilates Schools of Excellence and adding bespoke courses will nicely enhance our portfolio,” she says.

Future Fit Training will use the partnership to introduce new CPD courses to meet the industry’s growing need for specific training on key pieces of equipment. “We have recommended Physical Company for years for its extensive range of good value products and quick, reliable distribution,” says Sue. “It’s exciting to be working more closely with Physical Company now and we’re looking forward to the opportunities this partnership brings.”

Physical Company particularly welcomes the chance to see its new products used to full effect in gyms and studios across the UK. “We have some innovative pieces of kit and many leading edge items which help trainers make their workouts challenging and interesting,” says John. “By working with Future Fit, we can ensure our customers fully appreciate the full scope of each piece of kit they buy. Furthermore, we are reassured that Future Fit will apply its high training standards and quality assurances to all its courses to ensure our equipment is used both safely and to best effect.”
