BOSU® Stax allows you to work with the BOSU® Balance Trainer at different heights, and enhances the ability to create and deliver programming for a variety of applications. Combining BOSU® Stax with the Balance Trainer offers unlimited options for advanced drills and exercises, sport progressions, explosive power and agility drills. BOSU® Stax also explores ideas for seated workouts for the older adult, corrective exercise and youth fitness. Every BOSU® Stax Elevation System comes with 1 x BOSU® Stax Riser (Black, 9cm Height), 2 x BOSU® Stax Holders (Grey, 14cm Height) and 1 x DVD featuring two workouts (Elevation; 22mins and Multiplied; 30mins). Maximum load capacity 136kg (300lb). You can only use 1 Black Riser & 1 Grey at the same time when stacking the Bosu on top.
